Mr. Abdur Razzaq Gauhar

Mr. Abdur Razzaq Gauhar is a visionary industrial leader with over four decades of experience shaping Pakistan’s engineering, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. As the Founder & CEO of Infinity Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., he has led the organization for more than 31 years, transforming it into a globally competitive manufacturer of automotive parts and engineering components, certified to international standards of quality, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gauhar has played a defining role in advancing industrial modernization, export growth, and skills development. Beyond corporate leadership, he has served in influential advisory and governance roles across government, academia, and industry bodies, contributing to national initiatives in engineering development, knowledge transfer, and export competitiveness.

He has held key leadership positions including Chairman of PAAPAM, Chairperson of the Pakistan Council of Engineering Goods (Ministry of Commerce), Member of the Export Advisory Council, and currently serves as Chairman of KTDMC – Karachi Tools, Dies & Molds Centre, helping strengthen Pakistan’s engineering value chain and global presence.

Driven by a commitment to people, progress, and purpose, Mr. Gauhar is also actively engaged in skills development and social impact, supporting technical education, healthcare, and workforce advancement through national forums and philanthropic initiatives.
His leadership reflects a powerful belief in innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth, continuing to inspire industries and institutions in building a stronger industrial future for Pakistan.

Mr. Bilal Gauhar.

Mr. Bilal Gauhar is a forward-thinking industrial and business leader with deep mastery of mechanical manufacturing and a proven ability to translate technical excellence into sustainable growth.

His leadership foundation is built on hands-on mastery across the full manufacturing lifecycle—including machining, tooling, automation, production planning, quality systems, and advanced industrial processes. This depth is reinforced by extensive local and international internships and specialized global trainings , enabling him to design, optimize, and scale high-performance manufacturing operations with confidence.

Bilal played a pivotal role in the growth and transformation of Infinity Engineering, where he led critical functions across R&D, technical leadership, and business development. His contributions strengthened product innovation, operational capability, and strategic direction—helping position the organization for sustained competitiveness in the automotive manufacturing sector.

A defining milestone of his career is establishing Pakistan’s first-ever Formula Student team, earning national recognition and diplomatic appreciation.

Beyond enterprise leadership, Bilal is a respected mentor, advisor, and industry contributor, driven by a leadership philosophy rooted in technical depth, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation.

Mr. Noman Ilyas.

Mr. Noman Ilyas is a senior business leader with broad experience across administration, education, and commercial operations. He currently leads Infinity Trading , overseeing the Group’s trading business with a focus on market development, supplier relationships, and sustainable growth.
His professional journey combines structured management training across complex organizations. In addition to his corporate roles, he has led trainings and capacity-building initiatives for a large number of young professionals, contributing to skills development and industry readiness. His background includes formal training in project management, finance, leadership development, and ISO-based systems, enabling a disciplined, process-driven approach to business operations and sales execution.

Before leading the trading arm, he held senior leadership roles with infinity engineering’s training institutions and has served as a Member of the National Curriculum Development Committee, supporting alignment between industry needs and workforce skills.
