HOT Forging
Our extensive forging facilities have best capabilities in Pakistan enabling us to produce some of the most complex precision-forged components
EXTENSIVE FACILITIES : EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS
Our extensive forging facilities have best capabilities to produce some of the most complex precision-forged components in Pakistan. We offer high level forging expertise and experience across a variety of industries. Our forged components are highly selected because of their high integral strength and durability.
Our state of the art forging facilities enables the highest possible level of material deformation and the access to complex 3D geometries. Hot forged components possess increased ductility which makes them desirable for many configurations. The excellent surface quality allows a wide range of finishing work as polishing, coating or painting, tailored to customers’ specific need.

Better Control of the Production Costs
Infinity Engineering has adopted and continuously improved the forging process for decades and has achieved unrivalled efficiency and quality.
Infinity Engineering actively collaborates with the customer from the early stages of the design phase, introducing elements useful to enable the development of a streamlined and efficient productive process, hence an optimized competitive, high-quality product from inception. Compared to the die casting process, hot forging offers much improved mechanical characteristics and surface appearances with superior efficiency and repeatability of the process.
As the forging process reduces porosity, it also ensures less scraps in the successive process of machining and, in general, a better control of the production costs.
